Livello 1 è per l'istruttore entry level che vuole insegnare i fondamenti del pattinaggio in linea: volo a vela, a grandi passi, fermandosi e girando. Gli istruttori potranno imparare un formato riconosciuto a livello internazionale di progressioni di insegnamento e la terminologia.

 Full Protective Gear (Helmet, Knee Pads, Elbow Pads, Wrist Guards) and Heel Brake are compulsory and must be worn throughout program.
