Inline skating culture is increasing in popularity in Kenya. The Kenyan speed skating team, for example, performed very well in the last continental championships held in Cairo, Egypt.
Tenth Empire, a Nairobi based sports company, is the leading provider of safe and quality skating lessons for kids in Kenya. With a team of over 20 carefully selected coaches, Tenth Empire is growing skating talents from very early ages.
Tenth Empire wishes to improve the quality of coaching in Kenya. In this respect, we are extremely honored to welcome Inline Certification Program (ICP) to Kenya in December 2019. Coaches from various clubs and institutions in Kenya, East Africa and around the world are welcome to participate and improve their teaching skills. This will be the very first program to be offered on the continent of Africa and upon completion, those in attendance will be the first batch of coaches to be certified in Kenya.
Tenth Empire is pleased to lauch the ICP in Africa and we believe it will create a platform for more people to be exposed to the inline skating helping to grow the sport from the entry level to the elite. The team at Tenth Empire is looking forward to improving our coaching skills and welcoming ICP Director Kris Fondran who will be conducting the ICP Level 1 Program in Nairobi, Kenya 13-15 December!
Participants can register on the ICP website. Limited slots are available.
